I can't begin to tell you...
It has been days and actually more than a month since we have returned from Brazil. Daily I am met with thoughts and wonders about all that took place in Brazil. I have gone back to read what I wrote previously. I assure you, I am fluent in English (well, country school in the middle of Pennsylvania fluent) and typically am well-written, and even someday, I would be honored to add the accomplishment of an author to my list of credentials. However, those previous moments were pure, and although written in English they were Spirit-filled!
So let's carry on...
Day 1 - blasting of the crowd and healing of the children
I gave a synopsis of the one child with the club feet...but I prayed for two other children before that specific one. Both had marked signs of improvement and were overcome with peace. One of the mothers mentioned that she had never seen her son so calm with a stranger touching him (I asked for permission.) The peace of the Lord filled that building.
I don't want to gloss over what happened earlier that day. I was gifted a beautiful young lady as a translator. We were duct-taped together that day! During the day session, (the healing of the children happened during the night session) Charity Cook spoke and released a word that is still pinned to my soul.
"God gives us gifts so that we can give them away."
"Lord, show me what to do!"
I met my translator quickly and took the path the Lord highlighted. Directly up and over the chairs! Praying for the people as we went!
Ears open! In the name of Jesus!
Back be healed, in the name of Jesus!
Sinuses open in the name of Jesus!
Bring joy, Lord! I break off any spirit of depression and bind it in the name of Jesus!
Somewhere between where Tamiskia (I am sure I am misspelling her name) and I started to the back of the room...
2 deaf ears were healed2 backs1 sinus issue2 emotional issues2 ankles1 hip1 salvation (Praise Jesus!!!)and 1 demon was silenced!!!!and 11 people were blasted
Okay, what does blasted mean?
Blasted in the Global Awakening circles means there is a noticeable physical impact (shaking, crying, laughing, falling out...etc)
Tamiskia and I made it to the back of the room by crawling over rows and rows of chairs!!! I am 47 years old. (She is not.) All that to say, be very careful when you ask the Lord to show you what to do!!!
He always makes a way to get to those who are seeking HIM!!!
None of this is about me...it is all about HIM and I am humbled to be used in such a way. I am wondering if the Lord will provide a way for me to return? Please be praying for me and where the Lord might choose to use me again.
Love and blessings!
until my next post
